A pupil of Giacomo Grosso Accademia Albertina in Turin was
active as painter, set designer and illustrator (books and
musical scores). Five commercial posters of the early twentieth
century are known , while much larger was his production for
film posters, in particular for the Ambrosio-Film, founded by
his brother Roberto and movie director John Pastrone.
