Giuseppe Palanti  ( Milano 1881- 1946)

Painter, graphic artist, set designer, costume designer.
In 1901 he graduated at the school of arts and kraft in Milan.
In 1902 he worked as tecnicque as the Scala Theatre in Milan, in the meantime starts a collaboration with the Officine Ricordi, making posters for operas and theatre.
In 1905 he received his diploma at Academy of Brera, where in 1907 he became teacher of ornate. He dedicates himself to several field of art, posters, decorations of books, postcards.
He won the gold medal at the first exhibition of advertising of Milan.
He was a pioneer in Milano Marittima, where in 1912 he founded with industrial entrepreneurs the "Company Milano Marittima"; and its the first villa of the nascent seaside resort.
