Villa  Melchiorri  1900

Ferrara

The Liberty Style has impressive examples also in Ferrara, where at the beginning of the 1900s, the bourgeoisie is entrusted to architects of international renown for the realization of residences in the city and in the countryside. In viale Cavour are situated the Villa Amalia Villa Melchiorri, masterpiece of the Liberty of Ferrara.
Particularly worthy of note, the famous garden railing of Villa Melchiorri made by Augusto de Paoli, dominated at the top by sinuous sunflowers:elements ideals of the creation of a city-garden.
